I love that it's plant-based and it's a good source of protein, great brand & good taste

The product seemed okay, but the service is really bad. They charged me wrong first so I contacted and explained through WhatsApp. Still, they refunded me wrong amount. I contacted again and then they refunded me the right amount. Later, I received wrong product on the second of August. I contacted again and sent them the photographs. They said they will redeliver the product. I waited till the 18th of August and there was no response. I contacted again and they have no idea of what I'm talking about. As per them the product is asking delivered on the 2nd of August. I explained again and they said they will sort it immediately. I waited and contacted again after a week. They again have no idea on why I was contacting. I asked the guy to check the previous conversation, so he did and said he will contact me back in 24 hours and will keep a follow-up personally. That was promised a week ago.. On top of it, whenever I have contacted them, every single time they are online, but never reply. The reply generally comes one or two days later. Apart from their WhatsApp number there isn't any other means is contacting them. Sick and tired of this going on for more than a month now...

I am using for last 20 days , very tasty and packaging also amazing. Waiting for complete the course
